Thanks to all those who have found the cloth we produce suitable for their crafting and making
It's getting a bit "back endish" across the Moor. The summer songbirds are long gone and the fieldfares and redwings are stripping the berries from every bush they can find. Frost blackened bracken is tossed aside by the wild goats in search of more tender shoots and the harriers are coasting far and wide in their search for prey.A time to take stock and say thanks to all those who have found the cloth we produce suitable for their crafting and making. It's been a good year and we have met some wonderfully talented people along the way. Hope to see you again in 2018. Thank you.
The field was "a bit wet underfoot" but it didn't stop a good attendence. Our first time as exhibitors and we hope to be back. First time weaving in wellies too.Lots of friends about, even time to chat with visiting dignitaries.
Elliots, Eliots, Elliotts en masse were welcomed to Edinburgh Castle for the first time in many, many years. After instructions from the Regimental Sergeant Major in the Great Hall we then marched on to the Esplanade to great applause from the assembled audience.
